The Feedback Form offers your present or past guest a simple way to share their comments, praise, or criticism with you.
How it works: When active, The Feedback form can be found through a button on your Reviews page. When clicked, the feedback form appears in a pop-up window. When completed, you receive an email with the guests' details and comments. Keep in mind that comments submitted through the Feedback form will not automatically appear on your Reviews page, however, you can manually add them as you wish.
Activate your Feedback Form
Step 1: Navigate to the Marketing tab > click the Reviews section
Step 2: In the left-hand menu click Feedback
Step 3: Check the Show guest feedback form box
Step 4: In the "Email feedback to" field, add the email addresses feedback should be sent to
Step 5: Click Save
