An FAQ page helps your guests find quick answers to common questions about your property, improving their experience and reducing inquiry volume. You can create and customise an FAQ page in just a few steps.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Website tab in your Springnest dashboard, then click on Pages in the sub-menu. Click the + Add a New Page button in the top right corner.
Step 2: In the modal that appears, select FAQ Page from the list of page types.
Step 3: Enter a title for your FAQ page (such as "FAQs" or "Frequently Asked Questions"), then click the Create button.
Step 4: Once your FAQ page is created, you'll see the page editor. Click the + Add a Question button to start adding your first question and answer.
Step 5: Fill in the question details:
- Title: A short descriptive title (this won't be visible on your website)
- Question: The actual question your guests will see
- Answer: Your detailed response to the question
When you're done, click Save Question.
Step 6: Once you've added all your questions and answers, click the GO LIVE button in the top left to publish your FAQ page and make it visible to visitors on your website.
Helpful Hint
Optionally, enable the "Keep only one question open at a time" setting to create a cleaner browsing experience—when a visitor opens one answer, the others will automatically close. This keeps your FAQ page organised and easy to navigate.
