Editing the Content and Appearance of Your Events Feed Page

Edited

Your events feed page is where all published events are listed. This guide shows you how to update the page text and customise the layout of the events feed in Springnest admin.

Change the text on your events page

Step 1: Select the Marketing tab > Click Events

Step 2: Click Settings in the left-hand menu

Step 3: Edit the Title, Summary, and Description as needed. These fields control the main text that appears on your events page.

Note: The Empty Note is the message a website visitor will see when there are no upcoming events to display.

Change the appearance of your events page

Step 1: Click Layout Editor in the left-hand menu. This will open the live editor view where you can change and preview your settings before saving.

Step 2: Select your preferred layout style:

  • List displays events in a vertical list, one below the other.

  • Grid displays events in rows and columns. If you select Grid, choose either 2 Columns or 3 Columns.

  • Masonry creates a Pinterest-style layout using the original aspect ratios of your featured images.

Step 3: Choose your preferred Date Format and Content Alignment

Step 4: Tick or untick the event detail options you want to display on the events page. Showing more details gives visitors more information before they click into an event. Showing fewer details creates a more stripped-back and minimal look.

Step 5: Choose whether you want to display Past Events > If yes, select how many past events you want to show

Save your changes.
