Adding a Guestbook and managing your Guest Reviews

Reviews and recommendations play an important role in a traveller's booking decision. Keeping an online guestbook is a useful way to promote guest feedback that is not necessarily accessible on review sites or TripAdvisor.
Note: The Reviews feature replaced the previous Guestbook Page type in February 2022. Any existing reviews from your Guest Book page were automatically migrated to the new Reviews section in Springnest Admin. Learn more about Review functionality here.
